Where to show up.
One-off workdays, drives that run for weeks, and groups that meet every Tuesday. All hosted by a church or faith-based organization in the Triangle, and all open to anyone willing to help.
Activities are run by the hosting organization, not by J217. More on that.

A few sensible things.

Confirm with the host first
Dates move and plans change, and they will know before we do. A quick message saves a wasted drive.

Tell someone where you are going
The same thing you would do for anything else on a Saturday morning.

Bringing your kids? Ask first
Find out what the work actually involves and who is supervising. Some of these are power tools and ladders, and some are packing boxes.

Trust your read
You are never obligated to stay. If something feels off when you arrive, leaving is always fine.

Hosting something?
Any church or faith-based organization holding to the historic Christian faith can post to the board. There is no account to create and no fee. Submissions are read by a person before they go live.
